Wishing Sigung Taky Kimura a Happy Birthday after a week of training together at the 2020 Instructors Conference. He was Bruce Lee’s best friend, the best man at his wedding, and has helped run his first school to this very day.

I was deeply honored to be asked to teach again at the 2020 Jun Fan Gung Fu Instructor Conference in Seattle and help celebrate Si Gung Taky Kimura's 96th birth...day. It was a truly incredible and life-enhancing experience. I am honored to know Si Gung Taky and call him my good friend. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to my dear friends Sifu Andy Kimura and Sifu Matt Emery for bringing this event to reality. They did an incredible job. I would also like to thank Sifu Burton Richardson, who, although he could not be there physically, was definitely in spirit and taught for an hour via video link to Hawaii. And finally I would like to thank all of those people who put forth the time and energy, as well as finances to attend the event. I reconnected with many of my good friends such as Bill, Kai, Nathan, Buff, as well as made many new friends. Again, my sincere thanks to all. Mahalo nui loa Chris
